In this video, a little longer than normal, I lay out the market that you have today in which to buy.  A moment, perhaps a bigger time, when you can find your dream home, and won’t have to compromise- AND, the best part is that it’s also a great business decision.  This is a generational opportunity, better than 9/11, certainly one we will look back on, either with pride- or regret.  My friends, this is a gut check, and a time to remove the cobwebs from your eyes.  The obvious truth of the situation is right in front of you.
