(VIDEO) The Silent Spring: Manhattan’s 2023 Market Emerges

In Manhattan this Spring, it’s not DDT that can kill you.  It’s uncertainty.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Silent Spring, Rachel Carson’s 1962 book was about the environmental impact of DDT, a chemical that has since been banned.

No one is banning uncertainty.  No one could!  Because it’s like a whack-a-mole!  Too many things keep popping up to create emotional havoc in your property search.

What you do this spring is go and learn about what’s on the market.  Get educated, and get certain that good deals abound.  Don’t take my word for it!  Give me a call and we’ll show you what’s possible.  Our customers are getting great deals right now.  -S
