I’d love to say that I always know where the market is going.
I don’t.
Right now, we’re watching lots of different moving parts:
- Mortgage rate changes.
- Stock market volatility.
- Wars.
- Inventory constraints.
It’s a lot to strain the imagination.
BUT….
What I do know is this: Uncertainty always gets in the way. People want to have some confidence about making a purchase or selling. Today, it’s much harder to be confident.
And right now, people are using only little slices of the whole picture. One article, one piece that ran on the evening news- to decide NOT to buy or sell.
You, too, may be only hearing what they want to hear in order to justify low offers, or overly negative prognostications about the real estate market.
What Do We Know, For Sure? There are always opportunities- at every point of the market cycle.
Do you want to miss out on them?
I don’t think you do! You will not make the shots you don’t take.
We’re starting to get a handle on the market. It is clarifying a little bit more every day. If you want to get a new apartment, or sell one- or both- you cannot just step back forever. You can just sit on the sidelines! You have to take some kind of action. Get educated. See apartments. Get a better sense of what you want.
When many others are not in the market, and you are- you will have a better shot to win big. Don’t follow the herd.
Where here to make it your next real estate dream a reality. -Scott
