(VIDEO) Inventing Inventory! Feeling the Challenges of Being A Buyer Today.

Imagine that you learn that the gas in your building will be turned off due to a leak.  Not only that, but it’s likely going to stay off for at least six months.  Based on what you know, that could easily become a year, or longer.

Well, this happens in New York City apartments, and it recently happened to me, a week before Thanksgiving!  Your first thought is about how you’re going to cook your turkey.  Then, how you’re going to do laundry.  I have recently been going through this discomfort.

Not sure if you want to use this option while you have no building heat, right?

It serves as a very good reminder about what buyers are going through right now with limited inventory, bidding wars, and a deep desire to have a home that fits where you are today!

I feel your pain!  We’re out there every day working to INVENT the INVENTORY that we need to get you into your new home.  That’s what VISIONARY BROKERAGE IS ALL ABOUT! -Scott
