VIDEO- Am I Really Calling the Bottom of the RE Market? Yes, I Am.

In my video here, I talk about all of the statistics showing a market that has found a bottom.

My other post shows all of the statistics that I’m seeing, but here I just want you to have one takeaway:

We’re at the bottom.  When inventory starts to decrease, and the number of deals into contract begins to increase, what else do you need to know?

Sellers will have to get with the market values, and buyers will get excited.  The rest is noise!  This means:

  • Bidding Wars when properties are well-priced
  • Buyers continually losing out on properties when their bids are too low
  • Many more contracts out as we screen the marketplace for buyer opportunities- and speak to listing agents to find more opportunities
  • Many more deals on our listings
  • Much more transaction volume

Our team is on course to do nearly 90% of our 2019.  Which is to say that the market is already much stronger than people think!  Keep in touch!  We’d love to speak with you- and work with you. -S
