I will also be reporting back on One57, the new Extell development between 6th and 7th avenues on west 57th street.
They have officially opened up shop, with three bedrooms starting around $20million.
These Central Park Views are pretty much as stunning as you get.
It is the North-facing shot on the banner of my blog.
Jaw-dropping.
Since Thanksgiving hit, there were actually no other new developments launched this month, so it was relatively quiet on this side of things.
