$4 to save $40,000? Sounds like a deal to me

This Do-It-Yourself is very easy. As you get your house ready for the holidays, or consider prepping an apartment for sale, might I suggest the Mighty Magic Eraser?
Ben Franklin once wrote wrote that all of life is about trifles- but I’m paraphrasing.

I show between 30-40 apartments on any given week.

When my buyers visit apartments,

it’s the details you notice. The scuff marks on walls, while invisible to a home owner, are visible to everyone else!
Something trifling to an owner turns into a big deal to a buyer and can cost real money on the sale price.

For $4 at your local drugstore (or Home Depot/Lowe’s) you can remove many simple marks without losing your mind. Before you bust out the can of paint, think Magic Eraser!
