VIDEO: A Home For Mavericks

This month, I took a slightly different tack for the video.

I’ve been way too darn serious!

Instead, I wanted to let you behind the scenes, giving you some insight into how I go about branding an apartment and finding the new buyer.

After all, home transcends trends.

What I mean is that unless someone really loves the apartment, and thinks of it as home, it doesn’t matter what the asking price is.

I’ve had people tell me that in the wrong neighborhood, they wouldn’t move into an apartment if someone GAVE it to them!

(I don’t know if that’s true…)

What I do know is that my listing at 168 East 90th Street is a home for mavericks.

A coop community full of free-thinking, independent owners who cherish their “uptown lofts,” – unique spaces that are all completely different from each other, even though the original spaces are the same.

So much upside to owning here, and a lens through which to look at how we think about helping our sellers.

Have a great month! -S
