Since 2003, Scott Harris has been involved in the marketing and sales of more than $750 million of New York City residential property.
In 2015, Scott was recognized as the number 30 broker in New York City and among the top 250 in the nation, in sales volume, by the WSJ/ Real Trends Top 1000 list. He is recognized on an annual basis among the top 10 agents within his firm, Brown Harris Stevens. Scott is keen on delivering Visionary Brokerage. Scott is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He has achieved the certification as as New York Residential Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Expert. Both designations are reflective of his dedication to excellence.
Prior to Real Estate, Scott gained valuable experience in the fast-moving, real-time nature of the entertainment industry, as an artist manager and exclusive booking agent. These years uniquely prepared him to be a top Real Estate professional in New York City, exposing him to a diverse, international client base which he continues to cultivate.
Scott was born and raised in New Orleans, where he attended The Isidore Newman School. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and resides with his wife and three children on the Upper West Side. He is a dedicated marathon runner and crossword enthusiast.

Shannon Jones has worked in Real Estate Global Mobility firms and High End Real Estate Brokerage since 2014. With a knack for problem solving and a drive for excellence, Shannon joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2016 to work with Scott Harris and the Harris Residential Team, one of the premier real estate teams in New York City. Her hands-on approach, resourcefulness and attention to detail have made her an indispensable partner for Scott and his clients.
Shannon has a deep interest in the arts, cooking, and hiking, especially watching and performing opera. She currently lives in Clinton Hill with her husband and corgi.

Eleni’s real estate career began at one of NYC’s preeminent luxury development firms where she worked on a new waterfront development in Long Island City. With a background in the arts, Eleni maintains a love for classical ballet and theatre. She currently resides in Harlem where she enjoys entertaining and exploring new cuisines in the kitchen.

Born and raised in France, Cécile spent 15 years in Canada before moving to NYC in 2012. She has the privilege of living and working on gorgeous Upper West Side of Manhattan, serving real estate clients and selling wonderful homes.
She began her professional career as a consultant for the banking industry with Andersen in Paris, then worked in Vancouver for the largest credit union on the West coast of Canada in their strategic planning department. Having rented, purchased, renovated and sold several homes in France, Canada and New York, she was drawn to the real estate industry and had high expectations of her brokers. She enthusiastically decided to share her personal experience and raise the bar on service to her clients as a full-time agent.

A lifelong New Yorker, Emily Goldfrank joined Brown Harris Stevens after a successful career as a media strategist. Born and raised in Manhattan, Emily is a graduate of The Spence School, Columbia University, and the NYU Stern School of Business. Ms. Goldfrank has in-depth knowledge of the city’s finest neighborhoods and exclusive addresses.
Emily shares her love of the arts as an active member of the Apollo Circle at the Met Museum, The Young Collectors Acquisitions Committee at The Guggenheim, and The Artist’s Council at The Whitney Museum.

As a Manhattan native, Chloe Chasanoff came to Brown Harris Stevens in 2018 and in 2019 joined with Scott Harris and the Harris Residential Team, one of the premier real estate teams in New York City.
Chloe has intimate knowledge of many of the New York City neighborhoods and buildings having grown up in the city. For college she went to Atlanta and graduated from Emory University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies. During her time at Emory, she spent a semester abroad in London, and traveled throughout Europe. Upon returning to the United States, Chloe interned at the Corcoran Group where she found a passion for Real Estate.
Chloe offers her strong determination to help clients achieve their real estate needs no matter how challenging the process is.
